Is there a minimum engagement?

Yes — but it scales with the tier. Clarity is 90 days, Momentum is 6 months, and Vision is 12 months. After the initial term, every engagement is month to month. The minimums exist so we can complete onboarding and deliver the value the tier promises.

How quickly will I hear back after I book?

Accepted Answer

Within one business day. If you book a call directly to the calendar you'll see real-time availability and get an immediate confirmation. Form submissions get a personal reply, not an autoresponder.

Question 3

What should I bring to the first call?

Accepted Answer

Nothing required. If you'd like the call to be more useful, have a recent month's profit & loss, an idea of how many entities you operate, and one specific decision you wish you had better numbers behind. We'll send a one-page agenda before the call.

Question 4

Can I cancel later if it isn't a fit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After your initial term you can end the engagement with 30 days' notice — no penalty, no friction. We'll hand off your books and workspace cleanly to whoever comes next.

Will you talk to my CPA, attorney, or bank directly?

Yes — and most of our clients eventually tell us this is the most-valuable habit we keep. The Aligned Ledger is not a CPA firm; we coordinate with your outside advisors so you stop being the messenger.

What does the call actually cover?

Accepted Answer

Twenty to thirty minutes. We'll ask about your current financial setup, the symptoms you're seeing, and what you wish were different. You'll leave with a clear sense of which tier (if any) fits — and what the first 90 days would look like.
